Evictions

We collaborate with property owners to address non-payment and damage issues.  We initiate the legal proceedings, work with the sheriff's office and represent the property owners in court to resolve tenancy disputes effectively.

Meet the team

Kryston and Howard met while in law school at the University of Maine School of Law. They both earned their Juris Doctor degrees and certificates in Business and Transactional Law. 

Kryston Lemay, Esq., MPPM

Managing Partner
Kryston specializes in nonprofit organizations and their unique needs. She has been working in nonprofit accounting for 20 years and also has a master's degree in Policy Planning and Management with a focus on nonprofit management. Her law practice includes nonprofit formation & compliance, real estate transactions, tax, wills & trusts, contracts, business formations, and other business law issues.

Howard Pelkey, Esq., MBA

Managing Partner
Howard has 5 years of experience in insurance, personal, and commercial banking. He translated that experience into a Masters in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree by focusing on transactional law. Mr. Pelkey practices law with a focus on estate planning, probate consulting, land-use matters, evictions, contract formation and review, etc.

Vicki Brown

Office Manager
Vicki is a lifelong resident of Washington County, Maine, where she worked the last 33 years in healthcare finance and administration. Since retirement in December of 2023, she has been concentrating on spending time with her family and managing her farm.
